DL Holdings Group (1709.HK) announced today two significant capital operations: a top-up placement of existing shares combined with a subscription of new shares under general mandate, and a concurrent connected transaction involving a major shareholder’s plan to increase its stake via a subscription under a special mandate. The overall financing is expected to raise approximately HK$653.3 million to support the company’s strategic expansion and development in the digital finance sector.
